Cross functional collaboration is like no other company. -Cares about the employees and knows employees are the key to success. -Focused on AI upskilling with new AI learning program for all employees helps to give all employees skills for the future. -Great pay and benefits, including ESPP and RSUs. -Strong leadership and management chain throughout the company. -Allows for flexibility and great work/ life balance.

      Cons

      -Stock price fluctuations create uncertainty with regards to stock compensation -Shifts in strategy/ product focus is crucial turning point for the future success.

      Pros

      Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

      Cons

      CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
