Pros

Good support from fellow employees.

Cons

Training is inconsistent between corporate and local. "Contradiction". Computer systems and applications are consistently down, with no local support. The environment is a fishbowl, with loud side conversations, contradictory support. "Big Brother" environment. Contradictions with priorities. Low pay, long hours, Contradictory Management / Leadership. Supports Boards and Legal aspects only. Does not help homeowners. Call Center aspects are a hand-off process and not efficient or helpful to homeowners. Leadership does not listen and stifles creativity. Everyone does "processes" differently - total inconsistency. CommunityPro software has a lot of issues and local processes are bastardizing the corporate CommunityPro. Salaried folks are expected to clock in and out daily and check in to answer call center calls from homeowners, board members, vendors, legal... and still expected to do their work to meet the "promises". These expectations work for seasoned employees but not for new employees. Then the rules change - CAM's not answering the call center calls! "Contradiction". The structure in Michigan is different then corporate. Michigan has Leadership doing CAM work with separate communities. There is a Community Representative team, a CAM team, and a Lead team, which is not like the corporate structure. "Contradiction".

Sometimes you must attend a Board meeting after hours although very few.
