      Being on the Slate for 2 years stinks, you never know when you are working until that day....can not make any plans in your life for at least 2 years.

      If you come in as entry level engineer the only way to move from entry level to higher level position is to wait the prescribed number of years, which is 2.5 years, even if you came in with experience
