I have been working at Septa full-time for more than 10 years

        Pros

The benefits and pay are great. The vacation is good, too.

        Cons

Down sides are the management always micro managing everything and always thinking that the workers are trying to get over on them. Also, the shift work isn't so great for the familylife.

        Advice to Management

Back off the workers and only go after the ones who don't do their jobs.
