      Work a lot of hours, no control of your schedule, will be manadated to work no matter what the weather is doing outside, may work more than 12 hours in a day

      If you come in as entry level engineer the only way to move from entry level to higher level position is to wait the prescribed number of years, which is 2.5 years, even if you came in with experience
