      Pros

      Pension for now. Okay medical. Great prescription plan. Hard to fire bad employees.

      Cons

      Prefers managers over technical employees. Have to become a senior level manager before good pay starts. Pay grades make no sense. Lots of dead weight positions.

      If you come in as entry level engineer the only way to move from entry level to higher level position is to wait the prescribed number of years, which is 2.5 years, even if you came in with experience
