Pros

When they are ready to allow you. You can WORK AT HOME but they do not service your hardware or software which are the tools you need to do the job.

All Managers and HR Reps and Directors and Call Center Front Desk personnel are disgruntled with one another, Dont agree on much of anything and Male chauvinist ran office. They have microwaves that have not been cleaned since 1912 no joke, cleaning crew is great with office cleaning but coffee sits burning and lots of stealing of food bought for lunch, loads and loads of cameras at each desk as if your handling money, but they are taking refunds calls and only taking names and numbers not even required to put how much the customer lost at delivery or time or purchase since they dont allow the food chain to exchange the wings or food bought in the restaurant You are told to say nothing about a turn around time for you refund which runs anywhere from 8$ to 100$. You cant give the customer a turnaround time for anything strick rules about that. Next you are issued a supervisor but they never introduce themselves nor ever come into the office to get to know the agent one on one they are grading strictly and reviewing their attendance and progress with their being able to eventually work at home. They fabricated the truth stating everyone will get on permanent, but the temp agency is forking out revolving humans to take the empty spots because of poor work habits or poor communication being shared with them and they retaliate by quitting in less than one week like an entire team did and left only 3 people on that team. They claim no profanity but their inhouse command center who never wants to assist with needs for anything has a bad attitude and arrogant to their team members. They are quick to promote you if you are a fraternity or sorority member however and of course you do not get proper training and its passed down.

Pros

Provides health benefits. There are also opportunities to work from home. Supervisors are open to schedule adjustments and providing assistance when family emergencies arise.

Cons

Upper management is disorganized at best. They develop policies that are not enforced, often leading to subpar quality products and the few responsible employees carrying the weight for the rest of the workforce. Employees often view management as having little to no power and take advantage of that constantly. Pay is NOT competitve. Raises are minimal, and rare, with salary caps often below $20 regardless of position. While health benefits are provided, they come with frequent changes in provider as the company searches for lower rates, often at the cost of higher deductibles for employees. Ops team is slow to respond to communications. Sensitive matters are often met with days of silence before a response is received. Others require continuous follow-up before communication is received.
