I worked at Sertec full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nice co workers, nice co workers

    Cons

Training is not good. You will get on the floor and be held responsible for procedures that your trainer did not tell you about, or told you differently. You will then ask your trainer about said procedures, and the trainer will not back you up. Communication with management is a joke. There is no communication. You are a peon and do no matter.

    Advice to Management

    Nothing will change here

I have been working at Sertec full-time

    Pros

    Coworkers make this place bearable.

    Cons

From day one of orientation, much is promised, but nothing is followed through. Were promised a raise after 3 months. Then were told, No, it is after 6 months. Was told at orientation that agents could work from home out of state. Then was told that was never stated. Even though 8 people heard it.

    Advice to Management

You have meetings everyday at 2:00. However, every supervisor, manager and team lead gives a different answer for the same question. Get on the same page with your employees.
