Lied to me about hours I would be working a d how often I woul be on call (4 weeks/7 days a week is not something I would have agreed to). Management drags heals approving commissions. They say you get paid every Friday but they don't tell you is that every commission can take 2-3 weeks to be approved and paid out not to mention it gets denied all the time due to horrible software that doesn't communicate. They have cameras in the work vehicles and car settings that constantly go off for the dumbest things and constantly threaten to fire you if it continues to happen. We had someone fall through the ceiling and they sent their head of "safety" out to us. All he really did was lecture us and do a liability check. Very obvious he had 0 actual concern for our well being. Just a corporate schill company. Required us to sell equipment at 3-4k higher than our competitors even though we did nothing different from them. They would punish us if we discounted it to match them too. So, we lost many sales. Commission average was always around 5% and I sold the most of the highest tier equipment.
