Pros

If you are looking to be in sales or just restart your career and are not sure what the next path may look like Service Express and the Sales Development Department is an amazing option. For me I came into Service Express out of college with the desire to grow my sales knowledge and career. Since being here I have built amazing relationships and have had the opportunity to learn from well established professionals. Your leaders and peers take the time to invest in you and have a genuine interest to help you achieve your goals. It was also great to be have the opportunity to connect with peers and leaders outside of the Sales Dev Department. The company culture encourages personal, professional, and financial growth so everyone from peers to senior leadership are more than open to connect.

Cons

Not a con but it is a tough job that requires determination and the ability to overcome objection. But with that expect to have fun doing so being in office with a team that allows for everyday to be fun and entertaining in the midst of a tough job.

Pros

Service Express build a culture where people felt connected, even in a remote environment. That sense of inclusion extended to how many teams supported one another and how they showed up for customers with a strong focus on doing the right thing and being genuinly helpful. The challenge moving forward is ensuring that as the organization grows and changes, that the culture remains intact and does not become diluted,

Cons

There are always challenges that come with change. As Service Express transitions through a merge, there is uncertainty, particularly around maintaining the close knit culture that defined the organization. Growth and evolution are necessary, but they can shift the employee evperience during transition periods.
