Working here I've always felt like a valued member of staff, I also love the 'family' atmosphere and culture. Staff are recognised for doing a good job and career progression and promotions are encouraged. Senior Management and Board Members are very approachable and know most staff personally by name and regularly arrange and attend events with the various teams based across the world. Salary isn't bad and the Company offer a good range of benefits as well. It is a friendly place to work and all the staff are nice and helpful. I feel happy to be a part of the ServiceTec team and look forward to seeing the Company grow.
