      * Free snacks * Open office plan, always a conversation going * Free beer * Office dogs * Nice places to eat nearby

      Cons

      * Stay late and regularly work weekends for no pay, but free pizza * Delusional CEO with no backbone * Lots of young employees with no experience * Obsessive micro management * Annoying daily company-wide meetings, forced clapping * Office sentiment reeks of corporatism * Treat you like you are 5 years old * Pathetic attempt at a company culture

      Pros

      1. Really dedicated, hardworking, capable people 2. Focus on culture and values 3. Lots of autonomy and opportunity for personal growth 4. Cool product / service - massive opportunity to disrupt an oldschool market

      Cons

      1. High paced, intense environment - not for everyone but I love working with a team that wants to win 2. We're a startup so we're figuring things out as we go. As a result, not a lot of structure in some of the things I used to take for granted in corporate (e.g., performance reviews, admin support)
