      Pros

      This is the epitome of a startup. People are positive, energized, all-in and non-stop. They don't mind failure, they acknowledge it, learn from it and find another way to succeed. If you think you are a hustler, like a real hustler and team player, this company can offer you an amazing opportunity.

      Cons

      Majority of company strategy is not informed by an understanding of how homes are built, how the trades work or how to best integrate with the local labor supply. They'll get there, but they're not there yet.
