      Paycheck was bi-weekly, Pay was good

      Cons

      Management will put people against each other by lying and spreading rumors about them. Upper level management really has no idea how to promote synergy among the employees. Employees never know if management is being truthful or not.

      Shadow Mountain provided a good work life balance and they payed very reasonably.

      Cons

      The network closet needed work, but it was stable network traffic.

      The mental health technicians worked really hard to make life better for the patients.

      Cons

      The C-suite executive team, as well as the Corporate ownership, did very little to address issues that were reported by other employees and/or patients.
