Shadow Mountain Behavioral Health System interview questions

The interview was about 25 mins long and consisted of about 5 open ended questions with regard to why I wanted to work at the company, what was my background experience that prepared me for it, and some scenarios in my previous work experience where I supervised clients. After the interview I completed an assessment questionnaire to determine my characteristics that would make me qualified for the job or not do much qualified.

After waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes, I was escorted to a small room, where three managers sat around a circular table. After 10 minutes of questioning about my past experience and goals, I was told to sit in the lobby in order to meet an HR rep. The HR rep would bring me somewhere to take an extensive behavioral test. After 30 minutes of waiting in the lobby, I was finally brought to a computer in a closet sized room, where another applicant was taking the test. I completed it in about 35 minutes—the questions were related to how I would respond to specific situations, like if a patient is hostile. Afterward, I was told that I would get a call by the end of the week if I were to be offered a position. However, I was called a few hours later. I was offered a full time position, although I asked for part time work. Then I was informed that the pay was based on "years of experience with children, with a minimum of 2 years." I was offered $9.60 an hour, so I respectfully declined.
