      In my experience good company to work for, great people, however oil and gas sector is largely contributing to planet destruction.

      Oil and gas sector is largely contributing to planet destruction. Working for fuel extraction companies does not align with my values anymore.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
