      Competitive pay. Opportunity to work individually. Flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Management did poor job of developing employees. Didn't do a good job of building the team. More interested in their own advancement and not taking responsibility for issues that affected the team performance. Employee training seriously lacking.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
