Pros

I was recruited as part of the graduate program and from day 1 felt challenged. Now out of the company, I can look back and appreciate how great it was to work with mostly very intelligent people, coupled with a supportive team culture and good social life too. Rumuneration was good and fair, with my salary increasing a lot in the 5 years I stayed. A good appreciation for good performance. I was promoted to management / department head role relatively quickly. I was given fantastic training and learning/development opportunities. Good work/life balance and some opportunity for overseas postings. I felt as though the company really tries to live and breath its values, more so than other companies that I have since worked at, which will plast some values on a wall and leave it at that.

Cons

My biggest issue was the products/services that I was selling weren't inspiring nor interesting for me, especially for someone wanting a dynamic career in marketing.

Pros

Early career engineers are given significant ownership and exposure to complex operational challenges. Strong focus on safety, technical development, and collaboration across disciplines. Opportunities to work on high-impact projects, interact with senior leadership, and contribute to decisions affecting major assets and infrastructure.

Cons

Workloads can be demanding, and priorities can shift quickly based on operational needs. Decision-making processes can be slow due to organizational complexity, and geographic mobility may be necessary for certain career opportunities.
