      Company strives for the safety of the employees and contractors, Good Work life balance, Good training and on the job learning. Creativity and intergration strongly advocated.

      Cons

      Sometimes very slow in decision making. Lot of stakeholders within the company to manage. Company slightly carries a pessimistic view.
