      Pros

      Workload is manageable, some are nice and easy to work with. Have transport services going home (Night shift only). Performance bonus depends 1-3mos. Should have stayed only for 2-3yrs then move on to greener pastures

      Cons

      managers have favorites. you need to be on their good side to be promoted otherwise no movement. the good managers have left the org only the bad ones have stayed bcoz of the good pay & retirement plan package. Some Mngrs doesn't know the operations, they are only good talkers. Now 2021 no more performance bonuses. Moving towards automation and Chatbox. soon more jobs will be reduced and people will be redundate. No retirement for employees

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
