      1. Good pay and Can manage work-life balance in most roles ( but obv need to work harder for faster growth) 2. Ample different opportunities if one wants to explore 3. Good values but could differ across ine of bussinesses

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
