Pros
Good work atmoshphere and other colleagues are very friendly and welcoming. IT systems in placeare resonably up to date. Support additional learnign depending on which grade you are at.
Cons
Pay is very poor compared to other similar companies, holidays are a nightmare to get so much so that it puts you off putting in for holidays, hard to progress as you have to have been with the company a year and a half before you can apply for a role a grade higher. Work long hours without management even noticing
