Pros
Salary is really good. Medical benefit was awesome. We had access to unlimited medical treatment. Staff that joined later had different package. If you do well in the projects you work on, you'll get Special Recognition Awards. Monetary rewards. There's work hard play hard Fridays where we have team activities. Fun company events that our family can join in KRP, PBC, Eastwood, Marriott etc.
Cons
Miri is a nice relaxed city that has its charms, but you'd be missing urban buzz of big cities like KL. Travelling & holidays are expensive because you need to fly out. If you are single it is easier. Once you have family the cost adds up.
