      - great salary and benefit package - highly professional working environment and ethics - great opportunities to network around the globe

      Cons

      - outdated time-writing system - HR and HSSE procedures take very long - hard to understand the business and get in contact with the right people due to limited training - no exposure to field work

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
