Pros
Wonderful compensation. They provide you with a buddy and a mentor to guide you throughout the internship. There are a lot of opportunites to learn and it is very well structured.
Cons
The final presentation is a very particualt. There is also a required ETRAY exam along with a supervisor evaluation. If you do not get a full time offer, they do not let you know where you messed up.
