      Lots of exposure if you work hard Development coaching and training provided Pay is well above market plus other allowances

      Cons

      Occasionally need to work on weekends Need to work extra for promotion (lots of networking) As Malaysian staffs, almost impossible to ask for overseas postings (constraint by localisation policies)

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
