Pros
Flexible working hours and managing your work around your life is mostly the norm, as long as you don't abuse it and get the job done. (Working hours can be long, depending on workload in a given/period). Company culture generally favours collaboration and people are nice to each other.
Cons
Low job security - required to apply for new jobs every few years and nowadays, constant reorgnisations. Constant change leads to low knowledge retention and messy processes.
