Good employee benefits. Good work environment. Good work life balance. Personal growth is entirely on candidate, lot of opportunities in terms of on job learning.
Cons
There is bit of politics at management level, so you can be lucky/unlucky but wouldnt affect you if you have strong position as a candidate. Growth can turn sluggish since there is lot of competition if you are an average contributer.
