      Important work to do If you know the CEO or one of his minions, you can expect a fat paycheck with options As you can probably guess, H1s are welcome

      Cons

      If you're not an Indian, you are an outsider. Absolute chaos at the VP level and above. You're either a Brahmin, Kshatriya, or Pariah. Anyone doing actual work is a Pariah. More people "making decisions" than adding customer value. No strategy. No guidance. High churn.
