Pros

- Shipwire/Ingram Micro are in a really interesting space - The company has a great culture, and some really fun people to work with. They regularly organize team activities, and really know how to have fun as a team

Cons

- The company that bought Shipwire (Ingram Micro) is bigger and at times bureaucratic. - The space that Shipwire operates in, while interesting and growing quickly, is also hyper-competitive

Pros

Company stability/growth - Shipwire is a growing company with a strong track record in the ecommerce technology sector. I've been with Shipwire for 6 years now and have seen it grow and be acquired a couple times now, most recently by CEVA Logistics who is a major powerhouse in the logistics industry. Shipwire is a business unit under CEVA operating as a tech company- retaining that work style and culture. Flexibility - flexible working hours, in my experience no micro-managing which makes work pleasant and more productive; this kind of flexibility is crucial for parents and others Team culture - There's youthfulness energy in our work where ideas are celebrated and we get to know each other very well. Room to grow - lots of room to transfer departments and learn new skills. Shipwire is under CEVA Logistics which is a massive global company

Cons

Employees wear many hats and absorb lots of tasks that sometimes don't fall under their umbrella exactly- all hands on deck mentality
