Shipwire is a business unit under CEVA operating as a tech company- retaining that work style and culture. Flexibility - flexible working hours, in my experience no micro-managing which makes work pleasant and more productive; this kind of flexibility is crucial for parents and others Team culture - There's youthfulness energy in our work where ideas are celebrated and we get to know each other very well.
