      Pros

      Good Products. Overall company has solid values inculcated by S. N Shure or the Shure family. The company has a robust balance sheet.

      Cons

      Toxic culture in the company's IT department makes it a nightmare to work in the department here—no diversity or inclusion, no place to express opinion/new ideas. The senior management is hopeless. I Will not recommend anyone to join!
