      Pros

      It’s hit or miss, but you have the chance to work with some of the nicest, smartest people ever. You get to work on lots of cool projects!

      Cons

      Pay is terrible and don’t count on raises to get you by. Upper management excels at putting out contradictory statements. Horrible working conditions, genuinely.

      Wonderful company with supportive team. The company is growing like crazy, it’s been very cool to see so many new agents and teams brought on across the country.

      Internal management issues. Board took over steering the company. Lawsuits were an issue.
