Pros
This facility has a great team environment, offers competitive pay with opportunities to increase pay, and they offer flexible scheduling. As with any facility like this, you make connections with your residents. Being able to put a smile on their face and help them as they face hard times is extremely rewarding.
Cons
Some days there just isn’t enough nursing staff to cover the amount of residents being brought in, that’s when it becomes stressful. There’s not enough time during the day to finish all the tasks you’re assigned. Most things are put on day shift. Night shift not being required to do showers or bed baths.
