Good patients for the most part, got to know residents and become close to them, sometimes like a part of your own family. Free CEUs. Flexible scheduling available.
Cons
Poor management, not knowing who to trust. Some employees are able to get by with almost anything while others are disciplined for anything. Some residents can be verbally/physically abusive to staff - management does nothing.
