This can get a bit confusing or frustrating at times, so always be open to change and willing to learn new things to ensure you will succeed. In addition, as a fairly young company, there are still some kinks and logistical hurdles to work through in terms of structure, HR-related issues, etc., but nothing that won't be worked out over time.
