Pros

* Easy job to get * Can work many hours per week * Paid server training * Convenient location * Free parking * Reduced food prices during shift

Cons

* Cult-like atmosphere where employess recite the company values at the start of each shift; I was once actually reprimanded for adding the word "very" to one of these statments in front of the other staff when reciting * Employees overworked with no breaks for snacks during a shift; certain kitchen staff worked 60+ hour weeks * Abnormal amount of side work for each shift; extra sidework during the closing shift which was 3 am. on weekends * Dirty conditions (my section had ants) which increases abuse by customers and reduces tips; management told me to "give them a meal voucher if they noticed" when I pointed out the ants in an effort to improve customer service * Constant employee turnover

Pros

Managers were mostly helpful and organized, especially for beginners. The establishment is pretty formal, so we were held to a proper standard.

Cons

There was one former supervisor who was snarky to younger workers but they were taken care of.

Pros

Good management. Everyone feels like family. Flexible scheduling and hours. From my experience they’ve been really adaptive and excepting to associates with Disabilities and health issues. One of the CEOs remembered me even though I had only met him once over a year ago and only a few interactions with him, it made me feel seen and important and not just another random name

Cons

This location is a bit short staffed. But they try not to let that slow them down
