Pros
Like someone else had said, free food, free coffee, great location, and slightly bearable co-workers.
Cons
Awful people at the top! The worst experience in an office ever, someone was crying in the bathroom 3/5 days of the week. They do same day layoffs, they fired a lot of employees some had worked there 4+ years and were let go on the spot. There the definition of people with a " I got mine, screw yours attitude." And that is truly horrible for a bank.
