Silvergate Bank interview questions

No technical questions. It was very unpleasant interview. Hiring manager spoke nicely, but as I described my current position and organization structure she was moving her head back, shaking it, opening eyes wide open and moving eye brows creating disapproval gesture. At some point instead of listening she started to argue with me, and I just said ok you are right. Hiring manager doesn't understand that not every company operates according Silvergate or her preference. By showing visual reactions such as that she kept breaking my thought, because I could not think about anything but her reactions. No technical questions. Just past experience and my relationship with others. When I answered her questions she kept pushing me trying to make me admit to something that I haven't done, saying "Maybe it was you? Maybe you missed something?" Was asked if I had conflict with anyone, I said no which is truth, but she didn't believe me either. Overall, I really disliked the person, was rejected the next day as expected, but wouldn't have accepted the offer. My only mistake was that I couldn't research the company due to personal reasons.

One on one interview with hiring manager as well as HR director, followed by team interview. All of the people I interacted with were friendly and respectful. Overall, the process was very smooth and straightforward.
