Exposure to real client issues, migrations, patching, automation, and escalations helps you develop strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Good place for freshers and those who want solid practical IAM experience.
Cons
Workload can be heavy, especially during critical periods like audits, patching windows, or production outages. Processes may feel fast-paced with tight SLAs, and sometimes long hours are needed to support client deliverables. Training for new tools or upgraded versions could be better structured.
