Pros

The technologies are rather interesting

Cons

1. Discrimination / bias : In the org, I repeatedly felt that employees of Russian origin were treated as “less welcome,” held to different standards, and pushed out rather than supported. This was not subtle, and it created a toxic atmosphere for anyone from that background. 2.Weak, blame-driven management: Instead of planning, supporting, and removing blockers, management often seemed focused on internal politics and self-preservation. Problems were frequently pushed downward and framed as employee failure rather than leadership/process failure. 3.HR experience was poor: Interactions felt dismissive and unhelpful, especially when raising concerns. 4.High pace, constant pressure: Expect a judgmental culture with little psychological safety. Work-life balance was not protected. 5.Minimal perks / weak compensation for the expectations: Benefits and overall package felt below market relative to the pressure and responsibility, No health insurance!. 6.On-call was handled poorly: No meaningful compensation/credit for on-call burden. After sleepless nights, the expectation was still to arrive and perform normally the next morning—no comp time, no extra pay, no real recovery policy. 7. Organizational culture: Overall, the moral compass and “tarbut irgunit” felt unhealthy—more fear and blame than trust and professionalism.

Pros

Awesome product, competitive comp, large market and good internal culture with solid middle leadership.

Cons

Top leadership can sometimes be seen as reactionary and removed from the market and customers. They are great with product but not necessarily with GTM or investing in growth broadly.
