      good people, nice product and the new building is very comfortable

      no method of working, C level very arrogant, big distance between the management to the employees 2 layoffs in 6 months a lot of politics, personal firing

      Pros

      Awesome product, competitive comp, large market and good internal culture with solid middle leadership.

      Cons

      Top leadership can sometimes be seen as reactionary and removed from the market and customers. They are great with product but not necessarily with GTM or investing in growth broadly.
