Pros
The office: restaurant, gym, and other recreational facilities. The people - amazing co-workers that feels like a second family. The product is interesting and has a lot of potential.
Cons
75% of managers (from mid- to C-Level across departments) have absolutely no managerial skills. The ones that do and actually stand up for common sense and improvement get censored (or fired). Three rounds of layoffs and every week they are threatening with lists of people the CRO is keeping, doing 'code red' meetings with the CEO where he is just screaming at and shaming employees, and everyone is just expected to work twice as hard while being scared for their job. No raises for 2 years. Absolutely no transparency, arrogant (and incapable) leadership. Those that weren't fired/quit yet are just looking to get out of there.
