Pros
Flexibility. Work around your own schedule. More volume during holidays.
Cons
Not enough ticket volume. I’d be active for hours at a time and get no tickets. I eventually got kicked off of the platform because I hadn’t answered a ticket in 30 days. It’s hard to make money when you spend hours waiting to possibly make $1.50/ticket or nothing if a ticket has to be escalated.
