Pros

There are so many good things about this company but we (non-immigrants) mostly depend on companies offering/Sponsoring visas. So in this segment the skillstorm is good one and my recruiter also kept his promises that mentioned while hiring me. And the staff/front desk people are good and they make good number of events every month. And this company is good for people who needs fun while working and they celebrate birthdays of its employees whoever fall in that month. I am very very thankful to this company/my recruiter who given me this opportunity to prove myself. And my recruiter helps me whenever i face any problems while working for the clients and he will respond even in busy times which most people won't do. All the best for your Job Search and hope you'll get the position that deserved...Cheers:)

Cons

Below are some downsides.. 1) There are no Bonus/Benefits for people who showing great deal of performance. I am saying this because It will increase competitiveness in team also benefit people who showing performance. And also in my opinion credits should be given to talent/performance rather than experience. 2)There are no paid leaves and it would be good if they given at least 10 paid leaves per year that will be helpful in relaxing sometime. 3)There is also no cafeteria in our building and it would be good if they have taken some steps. 4)There are no Work from Home Option in a week/month but we can have this option on getting permission from manager.

Pros

Good entry level role. Training videos weren't great but you have a proffessor available at any time. You start at 15 dollars during 3 months of training then 27 when you move to the location for the first year. The pay is increased to possibly 32 for the 2nd year depending on your evaluation.

Cons

You will likely need to relocate. The initial role they offer may not be the one you end up with. I was offered a full stack position but I had to pivot to a data engineering role, which I learned was not for me. This specefic role was a data engineer consultant which focused heavily on presenting.
