Business Outlook
Pros
The mission to train and educate is a noble one, so it was great to work for a company with that kind of mission. The courses in the business & leadership area are really solid. I took many of those courses while at Skillsoft because we had free access to all of the training content. The people I worked with were great and the benefits are good.
Cons
The current senior leadership team is not experienced in the industry. Some great people have left since 2020. Certain senior people who left were well-respected by customers and employees and were not replaced by people of the same caliber.
