If you want to resist change, stay in the same old, same old way of doing things or happily hang out and collect a check, please look elsewhere. High Achievers only, please.

Pros

Great HR team, loved working with professionals globally. Wonderful people all throughout, and I believe the leadership to be solid. Very responsible during COVID - didn't require return to the office in the 1.5 years I was there during COVID.

Cons

Large (several thousand employees), result of various M&A's, not necessarily a con but creates a lot of noise (for customers getting a segmented product, and employees lots of change management. Rather than being able to focus on developing your people and setting up efficient processes a lot of time and resources are spent integrating. Pretty standard at a larger org and I was looking for a smaller company. For the size it seemed like they could have been more agile. Long administrative processes for the size of the company.

Most talented CSM's in the industry CS has a great structure, Awesome CS Management team, We all believe in work life balance and support it Safe place for all individuals Skillsoft is in a great place right now and IS the place to work

A lot of change - you have to be ok with change Account transitions have been a challenge but moving forward Need more headcount in the CS organization - hiring right now!

*Lowest pay in the industry *Leadership is very out of touch with the business, especially since the Global Knowledge merger *There is no transparency in terms of being able to validate commission , and since the merger many sales reps have left due to this issue *Middle management are not helpful and trying to make things better * Total chaos, it's been months and our accounts still have not been assigned correctly in SF.com and the new sales processes are extremely confusing and unclear

Team of very professional engineers who are well versed in many aspects of development. Willingness to help when assistance is needed. Continuous learning opportunities across the tech stack.

Cons

Everyone is friendly, but as far as the company goes, it seems as though there is little ability to socialize. This is fine for me, but if you are seeking a team where everyone spends time together outside of work, etc. this is the one 'con' I would add.
