Many wonderful coworkers but unsure of C- Level leadership direction - Sr Customer Success Manager Skillsoft Employee Review

Low pay, newly created role for new C-Level employee - very narcissistic and at times comes across as a bully, making decisions I question took into account seasoned employees input. Employees are resigning at an unprecedented pace including myself. It is becoming an unhealthy, dysfunctional atmosphere with most people showing up as they are afraid to look outside.
