The people who work there are generally really great

Annual layoffs with no real rhyme or reason. The IT department is a mess with no one talking to one another and pushing updates that aren't ready. If you're in Canada, you're paid peanuts. There is very little accessibility if you're disabled, and if you speak out, you may be targeted for layoff.
