Pros

They have a good training program for entry level positions, great company to start in the industry.

Cons

High turn over rate since first day of employment. Underlying reasons for why employees would not stay. Must keep company accountable to their promises.

Pros

Management has changed and the new shift has created a more positive company culture. They are willing to work with you when you have personal schedule conflicts and are forgiving when you make mistakes. Company potlucks, birthday Fridays and lunch outings are some of the fun activities that take place. Most people working here are fun and have each other's backs. They offer excellent pay and benefits.

Cons

Past management was a definite con but new managers have been hired.

Pros

-They have a top notch design training program for new designers -The office culture and drawing standards are very ridgid which is needed when first starting out in this industry -continuing education of design staff is a priority

Cons

-Very rigid work environment, once you have learned the basics and have a good handle on design, it becomes and hinderance to further growth. -You must be willing to work extra without compensation. They give you a conflicting message in that they want you to give it your all and a little more but then discipline you when you stay late saying you are wasting time, and berate you when you leave on time. -a general attitude that it is a privilege to receive your paycheck and that even though we don't think you deserve it we are legally obligated to pay you.
